坡地土石災難成因的探討-以特富野和觸口為例
為了瞭解土石災難與崩塌的關係,和影響崩塌的因素,並提出改善建議,使崩塌造成的土石災難降低,因此經由野外地質調查、土石災難因素的實驗得到以下的結果: 一、特富野村曾文溪兩側的岩層是砂頁岩互層,差異侵蝕很明顯,區內有兩處崩塌較嚴重的地方,豪大雨時要多留意。 二、觸口附近八掌溪和腦寮溪兩側的有很多處崩塌,阿里山公路36K處是崩塌最嚴重的地方。 三、坡度越陡,沖蝕量越多,可見坡度與崩塌量有關係。 四、下雨時降水量與坡地的崩塌有關係,水量越多,沖蝕量越多。 五、我們發現堆積物的體積越多,豪雨後沖蝕量越多。 六、從野外調查與實驗證明,擋土牆可以減少雨水沖蝕,還有在崩塌較嚴重河道建造防砂壩可減少造成土石災難。

基於環保的觀念以及資源回收再利用的精神,本研究針對回收的紙類,經過再製的過程,做成多功能收納櫃。實驗過程藉著試驗失重率、表面摩擦力、厚度、變形度、耐應力等方式來驗證紙漿板的特性,最後結果經過統計分析後評選出製作紙漿板的最佳條件以及紙與膠的最佳比例(2:1),為製作出符合需求、美觀且耐應力強的收納櫃。 成品的外型設計上,考慮應力及可堆疊性等因素,決定採取六邊形(蜂巢式)設計,並且專門為六邊形收納櫃製作一組模具,另外,更研究此模具如何將紙漿定型、脫模以及成品的乾燥方式,最終將最佳比例的紙漿填入模具中,經過乾燥的過程,做成符合需求的收納櫃,以便能運用在生活中並達到資源回收再利用的目標。

水漫校園 陸路成渠-校門口排水系統改善方案
本研究擬以自製降雨系統及依真實比例縮小的溝渠模型及各類水溝蓋改善本校校門口淹水問題,水溝、陰井的製作皆盡可能模擬真實情境。我們經由尋求專業水利技師的諮詢後,決定了三項影響疏洪效果的變因進行實驗。研究結果發現不同種類的水溝蓋集水效果不同、水溝洩水坡度和校內排水溝連接聯外排溝的樣式與角度則會影響排水效果,本研究針對學校實際問題提供階段式具體的建議方案,並公開發表研究結果,有助於改善淹水問題。

造紙廠在生產製程中會產生紙漿污泥,而污泥的特性為高含水率、不易脫水、短時間內容易發臭(主要成分包括碳、硫)等缺點;但分析熱值(平均值2,800~5,000 kcal/kg)後,發現它高於一般有機污泥(如下水道淤泥)等。2013年發生油安風暴,國內廢食用油無處可妥善處理,本設計基於回廢生能的觀念,將紙漿污泥及廢食用油兩項造成環境污染的燙手山芋加以結合再利用;先以紙漿污泥與廢食材黏結混拌再成型等程序、投入廢食用油中進行脫氧改質反應,發現含水率明顯降低且高於一般固態衍生燃料(RDF-5)熱值範圍(3,500~5,000 kcal/kg)與煤炭熱值相當、且能長期保存、高燃燒效率、燃燒後殘餘物質可做為土壤改良劑、降低污泥清除處理費用,具回收能資源價值與降低污泥乾燥所需的成本支出…等眾多優點。

B&W-探討黑白條紋系統溫差造成緩升溫效果的原因
我們發現黑白條紋的組合具有緩升溫的效果,在不同條紋密度比較時,可以將寬度分成三群(0.2cm,細紋,寬紋),條紋愈細,緩升溫效果愈好,但小至0.2cm時效果不佳。在黑白條紋系統中,不論1.5cm(細紋)或3cm(寬紋),外部黑條紋溫度都比白條紋溫度低,而內部則是黑條紋比白條紋高,如此會形成溫差,而有對流現象。我們以銅管模擬條紋溫差,無論溫度是上冷下熱或下熱上冷,經迴歸分析後發現對流速度都與溫差成正比,並具有高度相關性。我們認為黑白條紋內部跟外部皆形成溫差但方向相反而造成對流方向不一樣,產生熱逆對流機制的效果,使熱能不易進入瓶內,具有緩升溫的效果。

利用植物菌質體探討菟絲子的蔓延與攀附
本研究利用植物菌質體找出菟絲子蔓延與攀附之調控機制。首先,觀察發現感染植物菌質體之平原菟絲子(C. campestris Yunck.)會產生多分支及莖短化的病徵。接著,測定感病之菟絲子體內植物菌質體SP1蛋白的表現量。本研究利用MEGA-X軟體,依照保留性高的TCP domain序列進行親緣演化分析,找出分別屬於TB1/CYC和CIN群的菟絲子TCP1與TCP2轉錄因子;利用RT-PCR確認平原菟絲子TCP1與TCP2基因表現;以pBA-N-SFP載體進行分子選殖,透過農桿菌浸潤法短暫表現菟絲子TCP1 與TCP2轉錄因子(CaTCP1、CaTCP2)及植物菌質體SP1蛋白。最後,利用西方墨點法確認植物菌質體SP1蛋白能降解CaTCP1及CaTCP2。因此,本研究推測感病菟絲子產生多分支及莖短化的機制,為植物菌質體分泌的SP1蛋白降解平原菟絲子TCP轉錄因子所致。

Microfossil association of the Štíty locality
My thesis focuses on studying Cretaceous microfossil specimens from the excavation of former brickworks in Štíty, especially foraminifera. In the theoretical part, I have covered the structure of the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin area, especially Bystřice Lithofacial Development. I have also processed previous paleontological researches from the locality. Emphasis was placed on field research and subsequently on laboratory research of the site. I have examined the present state of the location and gathered samples of silt clay containing a wide variety of fossils. I have acquired the microfossils, determined them, and ordered them systematically. The most important part of the thesis is the systematic and palaeoecological processing of the collection of microfossils from the locality. The thesis continues the research of the last year of SOČ, where I have gathered a collection of fossil macrofauna, flora, and ichnofauna. My collection is supplemented mainly by benthic and planktonic foraminifers. I have confirmed that the specimens found are typical representatives of marine fauna belonging to the Upper Cretaceous Coniacian. The paleoecological characteristics of the locality correspond to a nutrient-rich shallow-water environment, occasionally disturbed by storm waves.

AUTONOMIC HEATING GLOVES
In today's world, medicine is very advanced, thanks to which many diseases that were previously considered incurable, are now treated almost all over the world. But, unfortunately, some diseases are still incurable and can only facilitate their course. One such disease is Raynaud's disease or Raynaud's syndrome. Statistics show that worldwide the percentage of patients with this disease is 3-4%. Raynaud's disease is a paroxysmal spasm of the arteries of the fingers of the hand, rarely the feet when cooling the extremities. As mentioned earlier, this disease is incurable. That is why the creation of a device that can help people overcome many inconveniences due to the inability to stay in the cold without gloves or the problem of discomfort in heated gloves is relevant. And one of the solutions to this problem is to create special heated gloves. This work is also relevant, because even existing treatments, such as medication and conservative, do not completely solve the problem of reducing the sensitivity of the hands when cooled or even the slightest moisture on the palms. Also, these methods are very expensive, so our device will be cheaper and more affordable than existing ones. When using our gloves together with the two already mentioned methods, the treatment will be more effective. Unfortunately, medical and conservative treatments will lead to complications over time, so we not only maintain sensitivity in the hands, but also prevent further amputation of the upper extremities and the emergence of human health problems associated with the effects of drugs on the whole body. Nowadays, people work hard to be able to live well, but it is difficult for people with Raynaud's phenomenon to do so, as the sensitivity of the upper extremities decreases during the exacerbation of the disease. It is important for us to maintain the sensitivity of the hands by normalizing the thermal balance of the hands, which leads to the elimination of spasms of the atria of the hand. The aim of the work is to create a simple and effective means to normalize and maintain the thermal balance of the upper extremities, in order to reduce the loss of sensitivity of the hands in patients, as well as reduce the likelihood of spasms of the arteries of the fingers. The subject of the study is the course of Raynaud's disease and the current treatments for it. The aim of the study is the creation of special gloves that can stop spasms of arteries and maintain blood flow in them by balancing the heat balance in the hand, and depriving patients of the disease during their wearing During the work the following tasks were set: - to theoretically investigate the peculiarities of Raynaud's disease; - to analyze the existing clothes on the market with heating; - to develop and improve its own design of heated gloves, which will be affordable and easy to use. - calculate the cost of gloves taking into account all factors

本研究探討太陽軌跡在車輛儲能之創新應用,使得太陽電池以簡單的方法得到最大的吸收能量。首先,利用Stellarium免費天文軟體,完成一個太陽電池最佳方位角與仰角的計算公式,基於光學與鏡面反射原理之瞭解,提出全新的鏡面最佳轉角定理,使鏡面反射之轉角得以迅速精確計算。本文引入GPS衛星定位功能,將這個太陽電池能量追蹤方法,由靜態的的地面應用,推展到動態的車輛應用。最後,由本實驗結果顯示,利用本文提出的創新研究,與單純平放太陽電池之儲能作法比較,若將反射鏡或者太陽電池隨時對準最佳方位角與仰角,可以獲得多出20 %〜52 % 的免費能量!

『水』心所遇 —探討不同濃度液滴在處理過載玻片表面的互動
我們發現了一個有趣的實驗,丙二醇液滴在處理過的載玻片上會像小蟲一樣互相推擠追逐。設計實驗去了解這樣的現象,探討的變因包括液滴的大小、液滴間起始距離、濃度、濃度差、其它溶質、還有可能的原因。我們主要的發現包括 一、 大小液滴都可能會發生,但模式會有一些差異。 二、 丙二醇液滴一開始邊緣的距離不能太遠,超過4mm以上就可能會失敗。 三、 高濃度時不易發生,低濃度比較容易發生。 四、 濃度差大和小的結果是不同的模式。 五、 不同溶質的液滴也可能會有類似的現象。 六、 除了丙二醇溶液還有乙酸、甲醇、乙醇和異丙醇也有類似現象,食鹽、氫氧化鈉、蔗糖溶液就沒有這種情形。 七、 液滴的蒸氣可能是這個現象發生的重要的原因之一。
