豬血灰生物膠黏劑在廟宇壁畫修復中的性能探討
本研究探討傳統廟宇彩繪用之「豬血灰」膠黏劑之性能,透過調製不同配比的豬血、石灰/蚵灰、熟桐油,分析其力學、黏度、透水性與老化色差等性能。創新之處為加入豆腐、蚵灰、立德粉與石膏粉製成可保存之粉狀豬血灰,並應用於實地廟宇壁畫修復。結果顯示,豬血與石灰體積比1:1、豬血灰與熟桐油比3:1最具黏著力與抗龜裂性,且環保配方具實用性與儲存性,可作為文化修復之綠色材料。

單手操作無障礙—鍵盤與滑鼠的整合設計研究
本研究旨在解決肢體障礙或單手使用者在操作電腦時所面臨的不便,設計一款融合鍵盤與滑鼠功能的單手操作裝置。透過自製PCB電路板、客製化鍵帽與鍵軸配置、3D列印人體工學外殼,以及整合滑鼠感測器與QMK韌體技術,實現單手即可同時完成鍵入與游標控制的操作方式。我們的實驗結果顯示,單手使用時相較於傳統鍵鼠組合,本裝置能大幅減少手腕移動的距離與次數,有效提升使用效率並降低疲勞感。產品設計不僅針對身障者,也適用於特定單手使用情境,具備良好的通用性與實用價值。未來將持續優化硬體與軟體,期望推廣至更廣泛的使用族群,實踐科技輔具的社會意義。

我們主要研究鋸琴(伐木鋸)發聲的原理,探討演奏過程中可以用來調整的因素,如施力大小、方式、形狀...等,研究這些不同變因與發出聲音的關係;並討論使用不同引發聲音的工具(塑膠槌和弓弦)與擾動位置對聲音的影響。此外,還有對參考文獻中所描述鋸琴彎曲形狀之J形、S形與甜蜜點的定義加以分析,參考金屬薄片振盪狀態的理論及其拓樸區域模態對聲音的關係,理解演奏時鋸子彎曲形狀和甜蜜點在實驗中的角色,歸納出彈奏鋸琴時可使用的規律。

本研究探討熱區與冷區在水中造成的對流與擴散現象,並以水蒸氣柱模擬氣旋中心熱氣流及颱風眼內部結構。結果顯示,熱區擴散速度隨溫差顯著上升,冷區則變化較小,呈現不同的對流型態。進一步量測蒸氣柱風速與垂直溫濕度分布,發現風速於一定高度出現「零風點」,其高度與蒸氣柱直徑呈比值約為7。此區為熱對流動能轉弱之處,對應氣旋眼牆的無風層。最後導入外圍切線風,成功建立具對稱性之旋轉風場,重現類似颱風眼牆的氣流結構,為理解熱帶氣旋的垂直環流提供可驗證的實驗依據。

雙層式水平軸風力渦輪機葉片結合尾流之探究
本研究主要目的為改變風力渦輪機的結構,將原始的單層葉片設計改為雙層葉片,當風流過第一層葉片時將產生尾流效應,使葉片後氣流產生偏轉,若將第二層葉片更具此氣流偏轉區域調整,將能有效的提升發電效率。根據實驗結果顯示,葉片後的尾流造成氣流偏轉的角度約為 15 度,因此當渦輪機的兩層葉片位於理論最高的相位夾角時,應再減去 15 度的尾流偏轉角,該夾角才為最大的發電效率配置,基於此結果所設計的渦輪機,儘管與單層葉片渦輪機具有相同的葉片數量,卻能提升發電效率約 40%,同時相關文獻指出,葉片的成本約佔整體發電機總成本之 14%,因此透過使用本研究之作法,預估可降低約 18%的成本,整體而言,本研究之設計不僅能提高風能發電效率,同時將有效的減少成本,未來具高度前瞻性。

雙酚 A 對白線斑蚊幼蟲生長發育的影響及病媒蚊防治策略探究
登革熱病媒蚊幼蟲主要孳生於人工積水容器中,幼蟲生長發育主要受到溫度與食物的影響。本研究至戶外調查人工積水容器,發現塑膠類人工容器為主要孳生類型。於實驗室以 11 種人工容器培養白線斑蚊幼蟲,結果發現塑膠底盆的幼蟲發育速度較快,蚊蟲平均翅長較長。以塑膠組成物質雙酚 A 進行試驗, 發現高濃度 (>50 mg/L) 雙酚 A 會導致幼蟲死亡, 活動力降低; 中濃度(12.5~1.56 mg/L) 會促進幼蟲生長速率,縮短發育時間;低濃度 (<0.78 mg/L) 則不顯著。以濃 6.25mg/L 雙酚A 處理蚊幼蟲,Q-PCR 顯示四個齡期的幼蟲蛻皮激素基因 (Ecr) 分別表現量都有增加,其中四齡幼蟲增加 9.68 倍,蛋白質分析顯示 34~72 kDa 之間的片段濃度增加。在蚊幼蟲防治上,4.0 %蛋胺酸和 1.0% 硼酸皆可 100%抑制孑孓活性,結合低濃度蛋胺酸(0.13%)和硼酸(< 0.5% )可以提升 30% 抑制孑孓活性的功效。

橡實代謝物與飛鼠小腸內生菌共發酵產物之應用
This study primarily investigates the components of food residues in the stomach of flying squirrels and the metabolism of the intestinal bacteria Floricoccus tropicus. Using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) hydrogen spectrum analysis, the signals of long-chain fatty acids were detected in both n-hexane and 75% ethanol extracts of flying squirrel gastric residues and acorns, suggesting that acorns may be a primary food source for the flying squirrels. The study also identified Floricoccus tropicus, one of the lactic acid bacteria, from the intestines of flying squirrels and discovered its role in the metabolism of fatty acids in acorns. Results showed that polyunsaturated fatty acids significantly decreased during fermentation, indicating that they were converted into short-chain fatty acids with anti-inflammatory properties. In the antibacterial activity experiments, the acorn grease showed no inhibitory effects before fermentation, but after fermentation, the acorn grease exhibited inhibitory effects against E. coli. Furthermore, in anti-inflammatory tests, fermented acorn grease samples significantly suppressed the production of NO and TNF-α in LPSinduced RAW 264.7 cells, with greater inhibition at higher concentrations. In conclusion, the lactic acid bacteria Floricoccus tropicus was found to metabolize fatty acids of acorns into compounds with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.

Plantastic Pods: The Grow Stick Rooting Revolution for Seeds & Cuttings
Cultivating plants from seeds or cuttings is a fundamental aspect of gardening and agriculture. While traditional methods have been practiced for centuries, there is a persistent need for innovative and efficient approaches to enhance plant growth and development. This section explores the challenges associated with traditional propagation methods and examines potential solutions offered by emerging technologies and materials. Plant propagation is necessary to allow efficient multiplication and distribution of desirable plant varieties (Sorensen & Garland, 2024). Plant propagation is the process of creating new plants. There are two primary methods of propagation: sexual and asexual. .Sexual propagation involves the union of pollen and egg, drawing genetic material from two parent plants to create a new, genetically diverse offspring. This process utilizes the floral parts of a plant. .Asexual propagation, on the other hand, involves taking a part of a single parent plant and inducing it to regenerate into a new plant. The resulting offspring is genetically identical to its parent. This method utilises the vegetative parts of a plant, such as stems, roots, or leaves. One emerging technology that has garnered attention in this field is the use of cocopeat, a sustainable growing medium derived from coconut husks (Pane et al. 2021). Cocopeat has been extensively studied as a potential alternative to peat moss in plant propagation (Gericke, 1940). It offers a favourable balance between air porosity and water holding capacity, promoting root development and nutrient uptake (Kalaivani and Jawaharlal, 2019). Furthermore, cocopeat is a renewable and environmentally-friendly resource, making it an attractive option for sustainable seedling cultivation. Research has shown that the use of cocopeat as a growing medium can enhance the growth of both vegetables and various ornamental plants, such as Impatiens. The biostimulant effect of the Trichoderma atroviride fungus, which can readily colonize coir, has been observed to increase aboveground biomass, flower production, pigments, and nutrient concentration in these plants (Traversari et al., 2024).

在量子電腦上模擬量子諧振子隨時間演化
量子電腦是近年來新發展的科技,利用量子糾纏態的量子位元進行計算。本文希望可以利用量子電腦計算諧振子隨時間演化算符。而這也是我第一次在量子電腦上模擬諧振子隨時間演化系統。首先我找出可以用於諧振子算符的合適算符矩陣大小、空間步長(Δ𝑥)、質量(m)、角頻率(ω)並且在位置基底下表現時間演化算符矩陣。設計並簡化量子電路後,使用IBM公司提供的量子電腦模擬並計算數值。我透過矩陣修正減少修正輸出錯誤產生的誤差,達到較精確的結果。模擬出在一個時間單位內的數值與理論值大致相符,未來希望可以利用此量子電路尋找矩陣的特徵值或是模擬更大型的系統。

The Maximum Area of N-gons within the Intersection Region of Two Congruent Circles
At the 61st National High School Science Fair of Taiwan, the first-rank paper "The Study of the Largest Area of Inscribed Triangle within the Intersection of two circles" was presented. The authors discussed several properties of maximum area of inscribed triangles within intersection regions of two congruent circles. They only claim their results but without providing a rigorous proof. However, we give a proof by showing the convergence of the iteration of finding the largest height. Subsequently, we offer new methods to approach the problems such as the trigonometric identities, Jensen's Inequality to prove the maximum area of triangles and quadrangles within the intersection region of two congruent circles. Finally, we determined the maximum area for the case of n-gons. We conducted further research and discussion on this issue. In the future, we hope to prove why the maximum area of n-gons within the intersection region of two congruent circles occurs when there are two points on the intersection points of the two circles. We aim similar problems in the three-dimensional space, namely the maximum volume of tetrahedron within the intersection of two unit spheres.

柔性光柵其光學特性與力學分析之研究
The Study of optical properties and stress analyzing of flexible diffraction grating
光柵作為常見的分光元件,應用於許多光學儀器中。然而,傳統光柵彈性較差且硬度較高,限制了其應用範圍。本研究利用具有高彈性和易形變特性的 PDMS 作為柔性光柵的材料,對不同厚度和彎曲程度的光柵進行一系列測試。為了探討厚度和彎曲曲率對繞射效果的影響,進行了不同厚度柔性光柵的繞射點分析實驗。實驗結果顯示,增加柔性光柵的厚度會提升其彎曲時第一亮紋的變化率;相反,減少厚度則會降低該變化率。隨後的研究進一步探討不同施力方式是否會影響柔性光柵的分光效果。通過拉伸和壓縮光柵,發現拉伸會使光柵的軌距變大,而壓縮則會使軌距變小。此外,研究還探討了利用 PDMS 複製類似光柵的結構是否具有分光效果。實驗結果顯示,複製的指紋確實展現了類似特性,期望未來能夠將這些特性實際應用於相關領域。

探討肝癌細胞中動力蛋白抑制對於癌症轉移的影響
肝細胞癌 (HCC) 為全球導致高死亡率的癌症之一,第一線標靶治療藥物 Sorafenib 雖能延長患者存活期,但其療效有限且伴隨嚴重副作用。在癌症中,中心體異常所導致的染色體變異是腫瘤發展的關鍵因素,而動力蛋白已知參與中心體裝配,且前人研究結果表明動力蛋白與肺癌、 HCC 等多種癌症有關連 。故本研究先透過基因表現資料庫分析,發現 HCC患者中的動力蛋白重鍊基因表現量大致顯著高於一般,後以 Ciliobrevin D 抑制三種 HCC 細胞株 Hep3B、HepG2、Huh-7 中的動力蛋白,並藉細胞存活率分析、遷移試驗與西方墨點法,探討抑制動力蛋白與 HCC 的關聯。據實驗結果,抑制動力蛋白後, Huh-7 的遷移速率減緩, 蛋白質表現量亦隨抑制劑濃度升高而降低。這表示抑制動力蛋白具有抑制肝癌細胞轉移的潛力,期未來能成為肝癌新的治療靶點。
